Pete Hazzard’s leadership presentation at the RED Conference was nothing short of inspiring!
His framework around relational intelligence and accountability really hit home—especially the reminder that true leaders must own their outcomes, both good and bad. As a former band nerd myself, I loved how he wove music analogies throughout his session. Drawing on his 17 years as a band director made his insights feel personal, grounded, and deeply relatable.
